Terms & Conditions – Glika Luxury Care

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Company Information

Glika Luxury Care is a sole proprietorship based in Thessaloniki, Greece. We specialize in handmade, made-to-order scented products such as perfumes, body creams, shower gels, home sprays, and more. Our fragrances are inspired by well-known designer scents but are delivered in our own original packaging.

2. Products & Customization

All of our products are custom-made upon order, according to customer selections. We do not sell original designer perfumes but independent creations inspired by them, delivered in Glika Luxury Care branded packaging. Any reference to well-known brands is for comparison and inspiration purposes only.

3. Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • PayPal

Cash on delivery (COD) is not available.

4. Shipping

We ship orders within Greece, Cyprus, and countries within the European Union. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and will be displayed at checkout.

5. Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 5 calendar days from the delivery date, as confirmed by courier tracking.

  • Only unused products in their original condition are eligible.

  • Sample vials are non-returnable.

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective (e.g., broken bottle or faulty sprayer), the customer must notify us on the same day of delivery to arrange a replacement. Issues reported after 5 days will not be eligible.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item). For more details, please refer to our full [Return Policy].

6. Warranty

Our products are consumable and made to order, and therefore not covered by warranty. No guarantees are provided beyond what is explicitly stated in the return policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, images, and content on our website are the intellectual property of Glika Luxury Care. The names of designer fragrances are mentioned solely for descriptive comparison.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.
