RETURN POLICY

At Glika Luxury Care, our perfumes are handcrafted and made-to-order for each individual customer. For this reason, returns are only accepted within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery, as confirmed by the courier tracking system.

Eligibility for Return:

  • You may return your perfume within 5 days of delivery, provided that the product is unused and in perfect condition.

  • Returns requested after the 5-day period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  • Sample vials are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Important Note on Custom Perfumes:

Each perfume is uniquely prepared per order, tailored to your preferences. Due to the custom nature of our products, we strongly advise ordering a sample size first if you are unsure before committing to a full-size bottle.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your product arrives damaged or defective (e.g., broken bottle, malfunctioning sprayer), you must contact us on the same day of delivery to request a replacement. Any issues reported after 5 days from delivery will unfortunately not be eligible for replacement.

    Return and replacement shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is ours (e.g., wrong product sent or a verified manufacturing defect).
